MC2 Solutions Richard J. McCue, Supervisory Special Agent (ret.), President
& CEO of MC2 Solutions
brings over 25 years of government
service to the applied public safety and security environment. Mr. McCue served his country as a US Marine
Corps officer and through a distinguished career with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS). His
experience includes executive protection, surveillance detection, covert operations, behavioral analysis, threat mitigation
and response. Mr. McCue has been requested by name to provide training, direction and support to the Joint
Forces Combating Terrorism mission, including several OCONUS assignments. As a member of the first NCIS
Protective Services Team in Southern Iraq, he established protocol and operational procedures for Coalition Provisional
Authority Protective Services Detail operations and training. Mr. McCue also volunteered to lead
the threat mitigation and executive protection efforts in support of the Joint Forces mission in the Middle East, and was
requested by name to formalize the Surveillance Detection Mission for US Forces within the Kingdom of Kuwait, and Forces transitioning
to the Theater of Operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Perhaps most important, he volunteered
to serve as a forensic expert on the Investigative/ Recovery Team at the Pentagon after the September 11th attacks; providing
both expertise and compassionate care for the victims of that attack. For his service, Mr. McCue received
the Department of the Navy, Meritorious Civilian Service Medal and Department of the Navy, Expeditionary Service Medal.
Mr. McCue brings operational expertise and experience to the MC2 Solutions team in support of operationally relevant and actionable solutions for their clients.
